My son wore these for months and they still look new enough for his younger brother to wear them soon! They have the quality and durability of Ugg, and they are attractive and super warm.

below average…..1 month later maybe not, November 17, 2011

always worn EMU boots but since they discontinued the bronte i hesitated trying the ukala….just didn’t look like the quality of the bronte. i was right. the ukala syndey doesn’t have the arch support that the bronte had. ukala sydney sole is horrible for outside, no traction, also slippery even inside. suede isn’t as supple as the bronte. inside foot bed less quality. gave them 3 stars for the nice charcoal color and they do keep feet warm. overall quite disappointed. time to try uggs.

UPDATE DEC 21 2011…..after wearing around for awhile i have decided they were okay for the money spent and would purchase again to knock around indoors. i spend much time at my yurt in northern rockies and they do keep the feet warm….and surprisingly, worked great with snowshoes in a trek to my local market. so today i am purchasing another pair. uggs top in quality but expensive, yesterday 0.00 for uggs, today .00 for ukala. ukalas run large, uggs size 10…..ukalas size 9…

Great Boots for the Price!! A must have for the winter!, December 22, 2011

Wow, I usually don’t write reviews but I had to for those boots, I almost didn’t buy them because of the poor reviews it had but I went with my gut and ordered them!

I am very pleased with my purchase! The Ukala boots looks great, specially if you have wide feet like me! They were not too big or too small, they fit true to size!

I spent a week trying to find great affordable boots and purchase a pair of Bearpaw and a pair of Ukala, I should had just gotten 2 ukala boots, they are cheaper and the same quality!

I purchase the Chestnut color and it’s a little lighter than the picture which is great, I was afraid would be too dark!

It’s very comfortable and I plan on getting other colors!!

I only didn’t give 5 starts because they aren’t as soft as Uggs inside, but for the price you can’t complain!!

I’m sure it will keep my feet warm all winter long!

If you are worried about the quality, don’t, it’s very well made!

Love my Uggs, December 20, 2010

It took me a minute to get past the fact that these look like house shoes, but I got over that when my boss complimented me as soon as he walked in the door. Wearing them with straight leg jeans today. Can’t wait to try them with leggings. They fit just like Ugg boots, one size too big. Every shoe I own (except my Ugg boots) is size 8, so I ordered an 8. They slipped right off my feet, and I couldn’t walk in them. So I exchanced them for size 7. They are a little snug, but very very comfortable, just like the boots. Honestly, I don’t think I’d want them any bigger. So, if you’re a 7 1/2 or 8, you’ll need a 7.

I LOVE CLASSIC UGG AUSTRALIA BOOTS.. BUT THERE ARE BETTER SLIPPERS, July 9, 2011

I own three pairs of a slippers they no longer make called Ugg “Roos”…they were FANTASIC…This model “Rylan” is only ok..I purchased the Pink color which is a nice bright color……They fit true to size (they do not run like the classic tall boots (I wear an 8- 81/2 and buy a size 7 in classic boots) I purchased these in a size 8….The sole is plenty thick but they only cover half of the top of your foot….If you want really great slippers/loafers for half the price try “Old Friend” they are the very best….Uggs Australia slippers are way over priced…Wait for a sale if you can

Emu stinger boots, January 30, 2010

These are a great alternative to UGGS. They are well made, very warm, and quite comfortable. While they do not come in as many colors as UGGs, they are a nice alternative and a good basic winter boot.

Warm and Toasty, March 2, 2009

I love my EMU low stringer boots. They keep my feet warm and toasty. They are waterproof, I had previously purchased another brand of boot for winter and was very disapointed when I went in the snow and my feet were soaking wet in minutes. They are extremely comfortable and run wide. I usually have to buy a wide but these fit perfect right out of the box. I slso received them very quickly! I was concerned because they shipped from one of Amazon’s partners and not direct from Amazon but no need to worry. They were very prompt! Even though I had to pay shipping it still ended up being cheaper then the department store where I could not find my size anyway. I got the gray and the color is beautiful! Looks great with jeans or pants. Great Purchase!

Toasty!, December 29, 2010

My office is freezing, and we’re not allowed to have space heaters. I’ve been on the hunt for some UGG alternatives, and got these based on the reviews. I have to agree with everyone, they’re super warm. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because they feel a little tight. Perhaps I haven’t fully broken them in yet, or maybe they’re designed that way for maximum warmth. It’s not unbearably uncomfortable since I only wear them at my desk, but if you plan on doing a lot of walking, you might want to order up.

THESE ARE FAKES, December 13, 2011

They look like real UGGs…but the knitting is different. They have the authentication label with the suns that change from black to white when turned 90 degrees, but the label says made in the USA. All UGGs are made in China. I called UGG to verify they were counterfeit and my suspicion was confirmed. If you want real UGGs buy them from the UGG website.

this pair worth every penny, November 29, 2011

I’ve been eyeing this pair for a while. Finally decided to buy them on the thanksgiving weekend, (after making sure I could not find any seller offering even minor discount on black friday)…

They are just as cute and comfy as I imagined! And it’s very lean and stylish unlike the usually puffy classic UGGs (though I love them also!)

The shipping was super fast too. Ordered on during the holidays and they arrived at my door early the second business day morning.

In all, loved the service and the shoes!

These are truly beautiful. I love the cable knit and the fact you can scrunch them to knee length or wear them higher, I prefer them knee length as I’m quite short and it suits me better. This is my first pair of Uggs, I was hesitant paying so much, a lot of friends and family own multiple pair and always recommend them. Now I see why, the soft lining in the bottom is so plush, now I am looking forwards to cooler weather so I can wear these consistently. Really worth the investment.

The boots that inspired me to buy more boots!!, October 12, 2010

Excellent boots. Very comfortable and quality material. It has a fur on the inside to keep your feet nice and cozy in the cold weather. Has a rough manly look to it as if your about to go into a jungle and wrestle some alligators! I love them and would recommend them. After purchasing these boots, I went on rampage to buy more boots because of their looks, feel, and are almost like a social status type of shoe wear.

Great looking Uggs, December 31, 2011

Bought these for my husband. I wanted him to have the comfort of Uggs, but I don’t like the look of the classic Uggs on guys. These boots are really good looking, fairly light, nice leather. The size 12 fit is perfect. He wears a 12.5 or 13 normally. The only thing that I don’t like is that the top of the foot is not lined in fleece. The shaft is fleece lined, and there are fleece liners you can put in the bottom, but even with those in, you don’t get that cozy slipper feeling when you slip them on without socks. All in all, happy with this purchase, and hubby loves them.
